Refund Policy
If a subscription is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of any payment, for any reason.
14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment: the first payment and every monthly or yearly renewal. No reason is required. When a payment is refunded, the subscription period it paid for ends.
How to ask
Online orders: find your order in the Polar customer portal and request the refund there, or write to info@u2aistudio.com and we will forward it to Polar. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Orders paid by bank transfer against our invoice: write to info@u2aistudio.com within the same 14 days; we refund to the account the payment came from.
After 14 days
After 14 days the payment is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and the subscription will not renew. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles refunds.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any right you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
