Since 2019 we build software in one place and release it under separate brands: 20 specialists, three R&D offices, 55+ completed projects, one exit, one institutional investor.

Vision

To take the work done in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir to global markets: 20 AI brands, each with its own domain, product and customers, growing on one shared engineering base.

Mission

To turn a sector problem into working software and then into a brand: shared infrastructure and security, one team per product, and a status label that states what is live before anyone claims it.

The company was founded in Ankara in 2019. The milestones below are the ones we can document; counterparties and investors are not named.

Founded

U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. was established on 12 June 2019 in Ankara as a single-shareholder company.

2023

First exit

A product line built in-house was sold. The counterparty is not disclosed.

2026

First institutional investor

An institutional investor joined the shareholding structure. The investor is not disclosed.

Twenty brands

The portfolio reached 20 AI brands: 11 live, 3 in early access, 6 in development.

Leadership

Five of the six board members also carry an executive mandate — CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO and CAIO — and one member is independent. Decisions are taken where the work is done.
