Cookie Policy
U2 AI Studio sets no cookies of its own on this website. This policy explains what that means in practice: which technologies the site actually uses, what your browser keeps locally, what our infrastructure provider may set for security reasons, and how you can control all of it. There is no consent banner on this site because nothing requiring consent is placed on your device.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Cookie Policy applies to u2aistudio.com and all of its sub-pages, operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi ("U2 AI Studio", "we").
Products and applications published under our brands are served from their own addresses and carry their own notices; this policy does not cover them.
Read this page together with our Privacy Policy and our KVKK Disclosure Notice, which describe how personal data is processed more generally.
2. What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device and can read back on later visits. Cookies may serve core functionality, remember preferences, measure usage or support advertising.
Other technologies do similar work without being cookies:
- Local storage: an area of your browser in which a site can keep a small value. It stays on your device and is not attached to every request the way a cookie is.
- Pixels and beacons: tiny image or script requests used to measure or follow behaviour. This site uses none.
- Server-side logs: records kept by the servers that deliver the site. They are not stored on your device.
3. Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary: required to deliver the site securely; switching them off breaks basic functions.
- Functional: remember choices such as language or region.
- Performance / analytics: measure how the site is used.
- Targeting / advertising: build profiles and personalise advertising.
Only the first category appears on this site, and those cookies come from our infrastructure provider rather than from us. The language preference is handled without a cookie, visit statistics are collected without a cookie, and no analytics or advertising cookie is used. Because nothing that requires consent is placed on your device, no cookie consent banner is shown.

5. Language Preference and Local Storage
When you switch between English and Turkish, that choice is written to your browser's local storage as a single entry, so the site opens in the same language on your next visit.
The entry stays on your device. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to our servers with each request, it holds no identifier that could single you out, and it is not used for statistics or advertising. Clearing your browser's site data removes it; the site then follows the language of the address you open.
6. Third-Party Resources
The site loads the following third-party resources:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) serves the typeface files used on the site. No cookie is set for this site, but when your browser requests a font file, your IP address and browser information are processed by Google, which may involve a transfer to the United States.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security and bot protection, and processes connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com) produces aggregate visit statistics. It sets no cookie, stores no identifier in your browser and does not follow you across sites or sessions; it processes aggregate data such as the page viewed, the referring address, browser and device type, and country.
There is no advertising network, social media tracking pixel, heat map, session recorder or embedded video on this site. Links to our social accounts and to our brand sites are plain links: no data reaches those platforms unless you click them.
7. Contact Form and Security Data
The site has a contact form. The message you write and the contact details you provide are processed so that we can answer you; that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Alongside the message, technical data is processed purely for security: your IP address, the time of the request, and a single-use token that ties the submission to the page it came from, which protects the form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and automated submissions, together with rate limits on how often a form may be sent from the same source.
This security data is used for no other purpose. It does not feed advertising or profiling, it is not combined with visit statistics, and any token created for it lasts no longer than the submission itself.
8. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can block, delete or manage cookies in your browser settings, and clear local storage through the same "site data" controls:
Two practical notes: clearing site data also removes the language preference described in section 5, and blocking Cloudflare's strictly necessary security cookie may keep parts of the site from loading, since that is the mechanism separating real visitors from automated traffic.
Because this site places no analytics or advertising cookie, there is nothing further to opt out of.
9. Legal Basis and Transfers Abroad
Strictly necessary cookies and form security data. Processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the site, under Article 5/2-f of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), access to terminal equipment that is strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has requested does not require consent. Under Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications and the KVKK alike, such cookies are necessary for the service to be provided at all.
Cookieless visit statistics. Nothing is written to or read from your device, so no consent is required; the aggregate data is processed on the legitimate-interest basis of Article 5/2-f of the KVKK.
Language preference. Kept on your own device at your own choice and never transmitted to us the way a cookie would be.
Transfers abroad. Serving fonts and delivering the site over a global network may involve processing outside Turkey, including in the United States. Such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

10. Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated when the technologies used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Should a change ever introduce a technology that requires consent, that consent will be obtained before it goes live.
