Cookie Policy
This policy explains what u2aistudio.com places on visitors' devices and how you can control it. Apart from the strictly necessary records needed to deliver the site securely, only cookies you allow are placed on your device: Google Analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept" in the bar at the foot of the page. If you choose "Decline", no analytics or advertising cookie is set and the site works the same. You can change your decision at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Cookie Policy applies to u2aistudio.com and all of its sub-pages, operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi ("U2 AI Studio", "we").
Products and applications published under our brands are served from their own addresses and carry their own notices; this policy does not cover them.
Read this page together with our Privacy Policy and our KVKK Disclosure Notice, which describe how personal data is processed more generally.
2. What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device and can read back on later visits. Cookies may serve core functionality, remember preferences, measure usage or support advertising.
Other technologies do similar work without being cookies:
- Local storage: an area of your browser in which a site can keep a small value. It stays on your device and is not attached to every request the way a cookie is.
- Pixels and beacons: tiny image or script requests used to measure or follow behaviour. On this site, Google Analytics measurement requests are sent this way only if you allow them; no social media tracking pixel is used.
- Server-side logs: records kept by the servers that deliver the site. They are not stored on your device.
3. Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary: required to deliver the site securely; switching them off breaks basic functions.
- Functional: remember choices such as language or region.
- Performance / analytics: measure how the site is used.
- Targeting / advertising: build profiles and personalise advertising.
Two categories appear on this site. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our infrastructure provider. Analytics and advertising measurement cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your consent, that is when you choose "Accept" in the bar; they are not set while you have not chosen, or when you choose "Decline". The language preference is handled without a cookie. Ad personalisation is switched off: these cookies are not used to show you ads or to build remarketing lists.

5. Language Preference and Local Storage
When you switch between English and Turkish, the site simply takes you to that language’s address (/ for English, /tr/ for Turkish). No language preference is remembered and nothing is written to your device for it.
The only entry kept in local storage is the choice you make in the bar: "granted" or "denied" under the key u2-cookie-consent. It stays on your device. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to our servers with each request and it holds no identifier that could single you out. Clearing your browser's site data removes it; the bar is then shown again on your next visit, and no analytics cookie is set until you choose.
6. Third-Party Resources
The site loads the following third-party resources:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC; www.googletagmanager.com, *.google-analytics.com) is loaded only if you allow it. It processes the pages visited, where you came from, scrolling and outbound link clicks, the fact that a form was sent (not its content), clicks on e-mail or telephone links, device and browser type, screen size, language, and an approximate location (country, city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Until you allow it, the script is not loaded and no measurement request is sent to Google.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) serves the typeface files used on the site. No cookie is set for this site, but when your browser requests a font file, your IP address and browser information are processed by Google, which may involve a transfer to the United States.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security and bot protection, and processes connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site.
No ads are shown on this site, and there is no advertising network, social media tracking pixel, heat map, session recorder or embedded video. Our Google Analytics property may be linked to our Google Ads account so that we can see, in aggregate, the results of our campaigns on YouTube and Google; that link is not used for ad personalisation. Links to our social accounts and to our brand sites are plain links: no data reaches those platforms unless you click them.
7. Contact Form and Security Data
The site has a contact form. The message you write and the contact details you provide are processed so that we can answer you; that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Alongside the message, technical data is processed purely for security: your IP address, the time of the request, and the moment the form was opened, which together protect the form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and automated submissions, together with rate limits on how often a form may be sent from the same source.
This security data is used for no other purpose. It does not feed advertising or profiling, it is not combined with visit statistics, and any token created for it lasts no longer than the submission itself.
8. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can block, delete or manage cookies in your browser settings, and clear local storage through the same "site data" controls:
Two practical notes: clearing site data also removes the cookie choice described in section 5, and blocking Cloudflare's strictly necessary security cookie may keep parts of the site from loading, since that is the mechanism separating real visitors from automated traffic.
Managing Google Analytics consent. The Cookie settings link at the foot of every page reopens the bar. Choosing "Decline" withdraws your consent: the site deletes the cookies beginning with _ga and _gcl, reloads the page, and Google Analytics is not loaded again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out before. You can also use Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
9. Legal Basis and Transfers Abroad
Strictly necessary cookies and form security data. Processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the site, under Article 5/2-f of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), access to terminal equipment that is strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has requested does not require consent. Under Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications and the KVKK alike, such cookies are necessary for the service to be provided at all.
Analytics and advertising measurement cookies. Set and processed only on the basis of your consent (Article 5/1 of the KVKK; for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Consent is given by choosing "Accept" in the bar; "Decline" is offered with equal prominence, nothing is pre-selected, and use of the site does not depend on consent. You can withdraw it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link.
Language preference. Kept on your own device at your own choice and never transmitted to us the way a cookie would be.
Transfers abroad. Serving fonts and delivering the site over a global network may involve processing outside Turkey, including in the United States; such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement data are transferred to Google LLC (United States) only if you allow it. There is no adequacy decision of the Board for the United States; this transfer relies on the explicit consent you give after being informed of the possible risks (Article 9/6-a of the KVKK): personal data may not be protected in the United States to the level it is in Turkey, it may be subject to access by US public authorities, and exercising your rights there may be harder. For the purposes of the GDPR, Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you do not consent, or withdraw consent, this transfer does not take place.

10. Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated when the technologies used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. No technology that requires consent is used before that consent has been given.
