These Terms of Use are agreed between U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. ("U2 AI Studio") and any user ("User") visiting u2aistudio.com and its subdomains or using its services.

These terms apply to the entire U2 AI Studio website, mobile applications and services. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Product visuals, interface mock-ups and demonstrations on this site are illustrative; they are not screenshots of a running system. Product and capability descriptions are provided for general information only and constitute neither an offer nor a guarantee of results; they may change as development progresses.
3. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, trademarks, images, source code, designs and other content on the site belong to U2 AI Studio or its licensors and are protected by Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and other applicable IP regulations. - You will not infringe the rights of third parties.

U2 AI Studio may update these terms. The updated version is published on this page together with its publication date, and changes apply prospectively only. Under Article 24 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, a clause in general terms and conditions that lets the drafter unilaterally amend the contract to the other party's detriment is deemed unwritten; accordingly, any change that operates to your detriment takes effect only with your express acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have exclusive jurisdiction.
